Outhouse Exhibit Services has been tasked to lead the renovation of Santa Barabara Zoo's reptile house. The design phase is completed and will explore the human/animal connection as it relates to conservation of species at the local, national, and international level through living collections, educational and interactive exhibitry and educational programming. The goal will be to present opportunities for empathic learning so that visitors are compelled to bring the exhibit experience with them into their own lives, carrying forward the conservation message and efforts.
